Shipping within Europe*

We deliver using DHL , FedEx , and Royal Mail International Services. Some services have value and weight limitations. On all exports the customer is liable for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred as well as the costs of returning the goods to us. You can also use your own courier services to collect the goods from us.

2.	FAX or EMAIL to us your company letterhead including your VAT number to fax number: +44 1353 662 717 or email: admin@headingonline.com
3.	WAIT for Approval of your Zero-Rated account with us. After approvals of your VAT registration, we will remove VAT from your Headingonline.com account and you can place order online on www.headingonline.com without being charged VAT.
4.	RECEIVING Email Confirmation We will send to you email confirmation of your non-VAT account with Headingonline.com
