677484 Silverline Neon indicator in clear plastic with metal earth stud in top of handle. Lights up when screwdriver is touched on voltages between 220-250V and you form an earth contact by touching the metal stud. Plastic insulating sleeve on the screwdriver blade. 4mm tip.
